Cancellation Policy:

**No Show: Failure to arrive for your appointment and last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Please keep in mind, this time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged until services are rendered or unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

** This policy is strictly enforced for the RED LIGHT THERAPY**

Gratuity is not accepted.  My job is to relieve your pain and I charge what I need to in order to run my business. It is my commitment to help you get what you came for.

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form with information regarding your condition at least 2 hours in advance of your session. Your health form link will be included in your confirmation email. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the paper version at the office.

Arriving Late:

This is LA, and as such, I try my best to be accommodating, however I cannot guarantee full time if you are late.

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 5-10 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service with Zelle, or Venmo. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply. Please call to make arrangements: (747) 320-7142.
