Clinical injury and pain relief massage, delivered to your home — with a purpose-driven philosophy centered on results, not dependency.
Targeted therapeutic work for injury and pain-specific areas — using deep transverse friction, trigger point therapy, IASTM, and assisted stretching and mobility as the problem calls for.
Restoring range of motion after injury, overuse, or surgery.
Releasing the muscular and fascial contributors so you can move without bracing for it.
Soft-tissue work supporting athletic recovery and knee replacement rehab.
Relief for stiffness, restricted turning, and the headaches that follow screen work and vehicle injuries.
Flushing muscles of metabolic waste and restoring mobility — paced to your training and your needs.
For long-standing conditions where the goal is steady, measurable improvement.
How the time is spent: if you have a problem that needs to be worked out, we solve the problem first. Whatever time remains can go where you want it. A sports or recovery massage is a balanced full-body session — in most cases there isn’t enough time to both resolve a specific injury and do full-body work, so let me know your priority when you book.
Enough room for the table and for me to work all the way around it.
A nearby outlet and somewhere to wash my hands is all I need from the room.
Everything comes with me. If you prefer your own lotion, that’s completely fine — just have it ready.
We work out the problem first. If there’s time after, it goes wherever you’d like. A booked sports massage is balanced full-body work — usually not enough time to also resolve a specific injury.
After booking, watch your email for intake forms from ClinicSense. Please fill out the treatment form so I arrive knowing your history — and note the consent & policies form is required before any session. Both take just a couple of minutes and you’ll get them when you book.
Clear, all-inclusive pricing — you always know what a session costs before I arrive. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
A fully injury-focused session at your home. Assessment, targeted treatment, and suggestions for recovery.
The same focused clinical work for clients across greater LA, with the extra drive built in.
Book two or more sessions at the same location and everyone saves: $15 off each local session, $25 off each extended session. Great for households, roommates, and teammates. Some restrictions apply — contact me with any questions.
A credit card is required to book and holds your appointment — you’re not charged until your session. Cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle accepted; a 3% fee applies to card payments. See policies below.
I’ve been a massage therapist for more than thirty years, and since 2015 my focus has been injury and chronic pain.
Before I built my practice, I was a highly requested therapist at boutique spas including the Four Seasons. That work taught me the nuances of service; the injury education taught me how to actually resolve problems.
My approach is specific yet sensitive: find the real problem, treat it accurately, and give you the tools to keep improving between sessions. I’m purpose-driven for results rather than dependency — you should know within about three visits whether it’s working. If it isn’t, I’ll refer you to someone who can help, whether that’s a chiropractor or another practitioner better suited to what your body needs.
As a board-certified hypnotherapist, I help reorient my clients’ relationship with their body — away from malfunction and defeated language, toward health and affirmation. Over the years I’ve found that pairing physical pain relief with a renewed relationship to the body promotes and accelerates healing.
After years in a studio, I’ve taken the practice fully mobile. The work is the same. The difference is you don’t have to drive anywhere while you’re hurting.
As of 2026, California recognizes CAMTC-certified massage therapists as healthcare providers — one of only three states to do so. A distinction reserved for licensed practitioners, reflecting the clinical standard I’ve held to for decades.
Noel’s expertise in muscle therapy restored my full range of motion and saved me from months of agony. I trust her more than I trust surgeons.
I hadn’t been able to turn my head in seven years. Today all the pain was gone. If you have pain, you should definitely give her a try.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You’re not charged until your session — the card simply holds the time.

Cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle all accepted. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments only.
